**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items, including doughs, breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and instructions from the Bakery Chef.
- Monitor the quality of products throughout the baking process, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers, ensuring all equipment is clean and functioning properly.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, maintaining inventory, and reporting shortages or issues to the senior staff.
- Follow strict hygiene standards and adhere to food safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the bakery area at all times.
- Assist in decorating baked goods to meet presentation standards.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance your baking skills and product knowledge.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bakery or pastry production, preferably in a restaurant, or bakery setting.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, including dough handling, mixing, shaping, and baking processes.
- Familiarity with various types of bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for baking and creativity in presentation.
- Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Bakery and Pastry Arts or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
