Head Baker / Executive Pastry Chef

**Job Summary**: As a Chef de Partie in our bakery, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery kitchen and ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods. You will work closely with the Head Baker and other kitchen staff to create a diverse range of products, maintain cleanliness and organization, and uphold the highest standards of food safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production of Baked Goods**: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to standardized recipes, ensuring high-quality and consistent results.
- **Supervision**: Assist in training and supervising junior bakers and kitchen staff, providing guidance on techniques and processes to enhance their skills.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering and ensuring that all materials are of the highest quality.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality checks on products and ingredients to ensure freshness and adherence to our bakery's standards.
- **Recipe Development**: Collaborate with the Head Baker to develop new recipes and innovate existing products based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- **Cleanliness and Safety**: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- **Customer Interaction**: Occasionally assist in customer service, providing product knowledge and receiving feedback to improve offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef, preferably in a high-volume bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functions, and equipment operation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
