Role:

- Hackett is looking for professionals with significant technical expertise in Excel and VB to support the key issues, agility, and globalisation studies that are targeted at providing research based strategic solutions to clients
- Creating Custom Dashboards as part of exceptional reporting using Excel and PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparing a list of detailed performance metrics with comparisons to Top Performers and other study participants
- Extensive use of data analytic tools and techniques, both business contextual and statistical, and identifying and testing insightful business hypotheses so as to provide strategic insights to solve process and performance improvement initiatives
- Building Quick assessment tools that provide real time analysis aimed at supporting Business Advisors and Sales teams as part of business development effort
- Good exposure to business contextual knowledge, particularly for End to End processes like Procure to Pay, Account to Report, Order to Cash and EPM
- Hands on experience in various tools like SPSS, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Programming and technical skills used for data extraction and analysis & reporting
- VBA programming skills with knowledge on ETL process using SQL to transform and analyzing the data
- Strong problem solving skills to turn analysis into action and provide extensive results
- Strong analytical orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong understanding of business issues
- Strong client-facing, relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
- Interest in technology and keeping up-to-date with technology trends
- Ability to work with colleagues and clients in multi-cultural environment

Required:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Hands on experience in various tools like SPSS, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Programming and technical skills used for data extraction and analysis & reporting
- VBA programming skills with knowledge on ETL process using SQL to transform and analyzing the data
- English: Fluent

Preferred:

- Master's Degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in of business models, management consulting ecosystem and technology enablement
