Persistency Role with leading Health Insurance**JOB DESRIPTION-**
- Collaboration with IT for Database Management (Live Sync in SQL Platform with.net Interface)
- Structure Inference Reporting and Trend Charts over.net framework for users
- Preparation of Data Sets for Persistency Data Analytics Suite

Inference Indicator Dashboard Database Maintenance
- Design and Develop Information Engine:
- Development of System Requirement Specification for reporting, Dashboards and analytical purposes across different business users in context to persistency and renewal management in the organizational hierarchy. Building an Interface on.net framework.
- Maintain the SOP versions of the department.
- Maintaining SQL database and queries for inference reporting & trending
- Manage the propensity model to identify customers in terms of their likelihood to pay/lapse.

Scheduler Reporting
- Inference Reporting:
- Follow the set of business rules and logic from business users on the type of portfolio assigned along with a tracking mechanism to observe progress.
- Labelling the risk categorization in terms of Persistency Score across dimensions & Communicating the same to the internal stakeholders in the organization in the form of reference reporting
- Ensure improvisation in updated contact information using credit bureaus & touch points
- Identify standard variables and publish trend reporting to stakeholders

Project Deliverables
- Project Management - Persistency- Participating with the cross functional project work stream leaders for tracking and closure of activities
- Coordinating with the IT to upgrade the database and integrate with Mobility/Cloud Platforms
