Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join our Health Insurance Sales Team. The role involves calling potential customers, identifying their insurance needs, and recommending the most suitable health insurance plans.


Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain health insurance plans.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policy options.

Clearly explain policy benefits, premium details, exclusions, and claim process.

Follow up with interested customers and close sales.

Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and customer records.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.


Required Skills

For Freshers:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

Confidence, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

Basic computer knowledge.

For Experienced Candidates:

6 months–3 years of telesales/health insurance/customer service experience preferred.

Experience in health insurance or financial product sales is an added advantage.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.


Eligibility

12th pass or Graduate can apply.

Freshers and experienced both are eligible.

Should be comfortable with outbound calling and achieving sales targets.
