Key Responsibilities
- Managing day to day planning for Contact Center.
- Adherence of the defined service delivery models.
- Drive ontime, accurate and quality service delivery within agreed KPIs
- Review & implement process changes for enhancing servicing experience in alignment with technology & functional teams.
- Build a customer centric environment with highest level of service standards.
- Manage & assess customer and partner service levels to enhance customer/partner experience, measurement through NPS and increase customer retention and drives new sales growth.
- To implement a training program to help team resources with product and process knowledge as well as service delivery skills.
- Adherence of the defined service delivery models.
- Drive efficiency through identifying areas where interactions could be avoided, automated & not repeated.
