**Position Overview**:
They are seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Intern to join the Vadodara team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and sales, working closely with professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn for effective lead generation and prospect outreach.
- **Cold Calling**: Engage in proactive cold calling to build interest and connect with potential clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring an integrated approach to achieving business goals.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in developing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and optimization opportunities.
- **Communication**: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Passion for marketing and sales with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
