Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team at Namah Softech Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, lead generation, and digital marketing. The intern will support the sales and marketing teams in executing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client communication. This internship offers a great opportunity to understand real-world marketing strategies, sales processes, and exposure to the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through various online platforms (LinkedIn, email, social media, etc.).
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with the design and development teams for marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and update CRM data for leads and prospects.
  • Support in client communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance and sales metrics.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Freshers or final-year students can apply.
  • Self-motivated with a learning mindset.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, MBA, Marketing, or related field)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹4, ₹5,000.00 per month
