Mechpro Engineering Works is a leading manufacturer and fabricator serving industries such as refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, and heavy engineering. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Quality Assistant Supervisor to support our quality control operations and ensure products meet required standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Quality Supervisor in planning, monitoring, and executing quality control processes in production.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Coordinate with production teams to identify defects, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in training production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Support in preparing documentation for client inspections, audits, and certifications.
- Report quality issues to management and recommend process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or fabrication.
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques, measurement tools, and industry standards (ISO, ASME, etc.).
- Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in metal fabrication, pressure vessels, or structural manufacturing.
- Familiarity with welding inspection and dimensional checks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
