**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor production staff for improved efficiency and skill development.
- Monitor equipment performance and report breakdowns for timely maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IATF standards and other relevant industry certifications.
- Address any production-related challenges and implement corrective actions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production supervision within the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Knowledge of IATF and other industry-specific audits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
