**Job Description of Production Engineer**
- Responsible for complete quality control on the shop floor.
- Will include Incoming, outgoing & In-process quality inspection.
- Responsible for monitoring daily production for achieving defined quality.
- To reduce rework and rejections.
- Will also be responsible for Toolroom & development.
- Daily monitoring and control of consumables.
- Maintain and update Quality & productions related documents.
- Monitoring rejection and quality complaints, and analyzing data to prepare an action plan for reducing rejection.
- Regular maintenance and upkeep of production tools.
- Responsible to update training modules for workers.
- Leading & motivating the workforce and imparting continuous on-the-job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
- To create continuous improvement culture on the shop floor and motivate the team.
- Responsible for new component programming setup.
- Having experience of at least 2 years.
- Preferable if from an Automotive Company.
- Education must be of Engineering background, diploma holders can also apply.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
