Tele Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture relationships and close sales.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record customer information and interactions in our CRM system.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the team on customer responses and market trends.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone manner.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong ability to understand customer needs and handle inquiries effectively.
- **Organization**: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Motivation**: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
