**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services required for the company's operations.
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality products at the best possible prices.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while seeking opportunities to develop new partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, finance, and logistics teams, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Participate in supplier performance evaluations and contribute to supplier development initiatives.
- Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in procurement technologies to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- fresher or 6 months of experience in procurement, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and contract management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
