The Agro Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring agricultural products and materials required by the organization. This role involves building strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and maintaining quality standards to support the company's operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for agricultural products.

**Procurement**: Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules to secure favourable terms.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and availability of agricultural commodities.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal levels.

**Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements related to procurement.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the agricultural sector.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Skills Required**:
Vendor negotiation and relationship management.

Knowledge of agricultural products and market dynamics.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
