Develop, improve and execute new improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing **Do a thorough inspection and audit of all procurements including Quality checks**Maintain critical spares inventory of all parts **Project execution of new projects** Evaluate and enhance our operations in local spend while researching and prospecting developments in local spend **Delegate tasks and supervise the work of purchasing across all departments**Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency **Institute policies and procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics that will reduce our overall expenses while increasing productivity** Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks **Coordinate deliveries**Create policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation.
- Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments.
- Maintaining receipts and records for all the business transactions.
- Preparing full documentation of Tax Invoices, proforma Invoices, Delivery challan, E way bills, LR copies, Quotations, etc.
- Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
- Making regular payments to vendors and have regular collections from Clients.
- Generate and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process, including coordination with various departments.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Prepare and review GST-related documentation, including input tax credit claims and tax invoices.
- Address GST queries and resolve issues related to tax assessments and audits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
