A Backend Research Executive is a professional who is responsible for conducting research and analysis to support the backend operations and pre-sales team of a company. The job description of a Backend Research Executive includes the following responsibilities:

- Data Collection: Collect and analyse data related to the company's operations, market trends, and competitors.
- Data Management: Manage databases and records related to the company's operations, ensuring that data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and dashboards that summarise research findings, identify key trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the company.
- Product Research: Conduct research on new products or services, including market analysis, customer feedback, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that research is conducted to a high standard, with rigorous quality control procedures in place to ensure accuracy and reliability of findings.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Min 6 months of experience in research and analysis, preferably in a backend research role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of research methods and best practices.
