Content Integrity Associate

Job Description:
As a Content Integrity Associate you will be the front-line, ensuring and maintaining the quality and policy adherence of contents on Poshmark. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to develop a new team and to have a significant impact on the Poshmark marketplace and user experience.

- Responsibilities_- Review and assess flagged content on the platform.- Investigate and resolve user appeals following enforcement actions.- Proactively identify fraud trends and propose new processes/rules to catch these trends.- Work closely with other teams to refine and create new processes for handling users who violate our content policies.- Review and handle notices of alleged IP infringement from brands and other rights owners.- Other duties as assigned
- 6-Month Accomplishments:_- Understand the internal tools and systems.- Excel in identifying counterfeit listings and suspicious behaviors.- Independently handle manual review with ease.- Meet productivity and quality expectations.
- 12+ Month Accomplishments:_- Ability to handle escalated cases.- Mentor and support new associates.- Take on additional responsibilities in order to support operations.- Ability to provide input to improve and streamline processes.
