DevOps Support:
**Interact with project teams and clients for DevOps and make recommendations for Cloud infrastructure support and services.**

**Setup and manage the Cloud servers and software systems and resolve issues to keep the systems up and running.**

**Set up and manage backups, DR and HAs across the products.**Set up and ensure IT security is met as per the project and business needs.

**Maintain documentation and diagrams of the infrastructure.Wp Support**:
**Provide support for M365 and Google workspaces and third-party gateway services for messaging needs.**

**Set up and manage backups and restoration.**

**Taking care of prompt renewal of WP accounts and services with respective vendors and update records.**

**Troubleshoot account problems for project teams, clients, and vendors on SLA to ensure smooth business operations. Internal Systems Administration**:
**Set up and troubleshoot internal systems PCs, Laptops, LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, Internet, Firewalls,and other hardware devices to ensure the IT needs of the business.**

**Aid with the training of new system users, set up accounts and grant relevant access to them.**

**Experience in handling domain & hosting consoles (WHM, cPanel, AWS, Azure, etc.).**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
