- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VPN networks.
- Monitor network performance and ensure reliability and security.
- Implement and maintain firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Respond to network outages and performance issues promptly.
- **Server Administration**:

- Install, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers and services.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including patch management and backups.
- Ensure server security through best practices and access controls.
- Manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- **Systems Support**:

- Provide Level 2/3 support for system and network-related issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades and new implementations.
- **Security and Compliance**:

- Monitor and mitigate security vulnerabilities and threats.
- Implement and enforce compliance with organizational IT policies.
- Conduct regular audits of systems and networks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in system and network administration.
- Proficiency in managing network devices (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and server environments (Windows Server, Linux).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Pay: ₹8,658.31 - ₹37,451.03 per month
