**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Administration**:

- Install, configure, and maintain **servers (Windows/Linux)** and **end-user systems**.
- Perform **software updates, patches, and security configurations**.
- Manage **Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies**.
- Implement **backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and data security policies**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **hardware/software/system performance issues**.

**Network Administration**:

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot **LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall** systems.
- Monitor **network performance** and ensure optimal connectivity.
- Set up and maintain **routers, switches, and wireless access points**.
- Ensure **cybersecurity compliance** by configuring **firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security**.
- Perform **network audits, traffic monitoring, and security assessments**.

**CCTV & Surveillance System Management**:

- Install, configure, and maintain **CCTV cameras and NVR/DVR systems**.
- Ensure proper **storage, retrieval, and retention of video recordings**.
- Troubleshoot **camera connectivity, power issues, and recording failures**.
- Work with security teams to provide **CCTV footage analysis when required**.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a **System and Network Administrator**.
- Strong knowledge of **Windows/Linux server administration**.
- Expertise in **networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewall management)**.
- Experience with **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and security configurations**.
- Familiarity with **cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)** is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with **CCTV camera setup, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance software**.
- Certifications such as **CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, or Fortinet Firewall** are preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
