As a Network Administrator at PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, you will play a crucial role in maintaining network performance, ensuring security, and providing technical support across servers, network devices, VoIP, Wi-Fi, and CCTV systems. The role involves network design, implementation, and security management to ensure a stable and secure network environment.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Network Maintenance & Performance Optimization**
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure high availability of network infrastructure, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues across all devices.
- Perform capacity planning to support future network growth and expansion.
- Manage network configurations for optimal performance and efficiency.

**2. Network Security & Compliance**
- Implement and enforce network security policies to safeguard sensitive data.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
- Monitor network activity for suspicious behavior and take immediate action against threats.
- Ensure VPN security, encryption, and access control policies are up-to-date.
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks.
- Manage endpoint security measures, ensuring safe and authorized device connectivity.

**3. Network Infrastructure Design & Implementation**
- Design, implement, and maintain network architecture, including OFC, LAN, WAN, VLANs, and MPLS.
- Install and configure network devices such as routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Set up redundancy protocols (STP, HSRP, VRRP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP) for failover support.
- Configure and manage VoIP (Voice over IP) and AoIP (Audio over IP) systems for seamless communication.
- Deploy and optimize enterprise Wi-Fi solutions for coverage across campus.
- Oversee installation and maintenance of CCTV systems including IP cameras, HD cameras, Wi-Fi cameras, and face recognition systems.

**4. AAA Server, User Account Management & Documentation**
- Manage AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) servers to regulate user access.
- Create and manage user network accounts, permissions, and role-based access controls.
- Maintain and update network topology diagrams and configuration documentation.
- Generate network performance and security reports for management review.

**5. Collaboration & Technical Support**
- Work closely with IT, security, and administrative teams to resolve network-related issues.
- Provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students regarding network usage.
- Assist in new employees and students with network access setup.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
