**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Qualification** - Understand client needs, qualify leads, and schedule demos with decision-makers.
**Sales Pipeline Management** - Maintain and track leads using **CRM tools** and ensure consistent follow-ups.
**Consultative Selling** - Present **BizConnect XploR’s 3D & XR solutions** effectively, demonstrating their impact on **sales, training, and marketing**.
**Achieve Sales Targets** - Work towards monthly and quarterly **revenue goals** through proactive client engagement.
**Collaboration** - Work closely with the **marketing & technical teams** to refine sales strategies and proposals.

**What We’re Looking For**

**3-5 years of B2B inside sales experience**, preferably in **technology, SaaS, digital solutions, or industrial products**.
Proven ability to **generate leads, engage decision-makers, and close sales**.
Experience using **CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)** to manage leads and track performance.
A background in **selling AR/VR/XR, SaaS, or industrial tech solutions** is a **huge plus**.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a **fast-paced, high-growth environment**.
