**About the Role**:
Lucien Solutions is searching for a talented and driven Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. You'll be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing effective digital marketing strategies to achieve their unique goals. Your days will be filled with collaborating across departments, managing budgets, analyzing data, and reporting results, all while nurturing strong client relationships that fuel success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and target audiences.
- Manage and prioritize client campaigns, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Implement and manage various digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, ad campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using data insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
- Generate monthly reports and presentations for clients, showcasing progress and impact.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, anticipating needs and proactively addressing concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client campaigns and exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in basic data analysis tools.
- Experience with project management software and CRM systems preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
