Role Definition:
A person responsible for the part of the team that directly manages short
- and long-term projects.

Responsibility:

- Project Management
- Vendor Management

Tasks & Activities:
**Project Management**
- To manage the pipeline of projects allocated through effective usage of a licensed tool for online survey projects.
- Coordinating the project from beginning to end, multitasking complex projects simultaneously and communicating effectively with internal / external stakeholders
- To support client servicing teams in development of proposals, from a feasibility and pricing aspect.
- Regularly update on project health parameters through reports on response rates, panel activity, and available sample and other resources.
- Optimize the sample deployment through proper sample scheduling on projects and project pipeline planning.
- Manage client’s communication throughout the duration of the project.
- Responsible for reporting on project metrics such as percentage fieldwork completed, expected field time, incidence and completion rate, etc

**Vendor Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships and processes with partners.
- Bring and engage partners in a project as and when required.
- Negotiate pricing with partners to maintain project margins.
- Regularly update partners on project metrices.

**Measurement Metrics**
- # of successful completed projects.
- % of margin maintained for a job.
- # of partners engaged and how well managed them.
- Amount of revenue generated Quarterly, Half-yearly and yearly basis.

- Attention to detail, multi-tasking skills

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Sentence formation and grammar
