**Roles and Responcibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our courses
- Answer questions about courses or the company
- Ask questions to understand and realize the learner's requirements
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Outperform to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls, and sales and note useful information

**What will you be doing?**
- Making Inbound & Outbound telesales calls to learners to sell our courses
- Strong delivery focus and result-orientation mindset to achieve aligned targets
- Promoting and maintaining an aggressive sales environment
- Generating and maintaining daily sales reports
- Building strong knowledge of academic courses and providing detailed information to learners when required
- Bringing Innovation and operational efficiency to your day-to-day tasks to enhance opportunities to increase revenue
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and being ambassadors for customer experience
