**Position**:TL-Manufacturing ( Assembly & FI )

**Experience**: 10-15 yrs

**Education**: B.E./ B.Tech with 12-15 years

**Location**: Chakan
- Responsible for achieving the production volume as per the plan
- Controlling & improvement of process parameters, process rejections, PVB improvements
- Standards to achieve benchmark operational performance
- Responsible for achieving targeted Energy, ORM, Consumable consumption
- Should ensure on-time implementation of the identified line/process/cost / Productivity / OEE / cycle time improvement projects
- Works to develop a culture improvement (Trust, Empowerment, Collaboration) focused on people engagement, driving the team to achieve TEI targets like suggestions, safety protocols, SMAT, unsafe reporting, workplace management, basic machine conditions and so on
- Responsible for adherence of Safety protocols & also to ensure Zero incidents across the lines
- Responsible for development of team members competency by constant review mechanism and providing support to improve loss intelligence.
- Exposure to SMED, Line balancing, Waste elimination, mistake proofing
- Should conduct periodic review, mentoring the team and conflict handling
- Knowledge of ISO/ IATF / OHSAS

- **Hard code experience in assembly (auto components / ancillary) required**:

- Collaborative approach, Team management and communication
- Detail orientation & change management
- **Process control, leading team, awareness on Kaizen, TPM, six sigma**

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
