**Role Description and Key Responsibilities**

The role involves tasks including but not limited to
- All Type Of **Battery Assembly** **2W, 3W & 4W** With **Prismatic** & **Cylindrical Cells**:

- Machine Operating Knowledge Of **Cell Capacity** & **IR Process** For Pack Assembly.
- Assemble Battery Modules & Packs Including **Mechanical Structure** & **Electrical Interconnections** Like **Busbars, Wiring Harnesses, Connectors, etc.**:

- Perform **Basic Functional Testing** of assembled battery packs
- Familiar Working On **Battery Vehicle Integration**& **Rework If Required.**:

- **Rework**At The **Customer Site**May Be Required When Necessary

**Desired Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering**:

- Minimum 1.5 Year Of Experience In **Battery Field**

**Desired Skills and Attributes**:

- Must have a willingness to learn and perform new tasks With Hardwork & Self Dedicated Because of the NPD Department.
- Read and interpret **Engineering Drawings, Wiring Diagrams,**& **Technical Specifications**& **Prepare Samples Of Wiring Harnesses.**:

- Ensure proper **Torquing, Soldering Alignment, Insulation** & **Safety** Precautions During Assembly.
- Experience working with tools like **Torque Wrenches, Crimping Tools, Multimeters, Clamp Meter & insulation testers**Familiarity with **Assembly Jigs, Fixtures, & SOP’s** in a manufacturing environment
- Basic Knowledge Of **Electrical Panel Assembly**:

- Knows About **Basic Documentation** & **Good In Communication**& **Team Functionality**
