**Battery Assembly Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Number of Positions**: 01 only.

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 or 1+ Years

**CTC/Salary Range**: Rs.3,00,343/- to Rs.3,61,785/- per annum (**In-hand**: 20-K to 25-K after deductions for **P.F** & **Prof.Tax** depending upon skillset).

**Educational Qualification**:I.T.I/Diploma/Any Degree (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Production)

**Skills Required**: Quality Management, Supervision, Safety Management, Task Delegation, Performance Management, Written & Verbal Communication, Basic Computer Literacy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble products with multiple parts on the assembly line as & when required.
- Ensure and maintain cleanliness of material and equipment
- Ensure daily 5S of work area (maintain clean and organized work areas).
- Be punctual and reliable in attendance.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality, and conduct.
- Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions.
- Provides advisory support and assistance to the department manager as needed.
- Responsible for meeting team targets and key performance indicators.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operate in a safe manner.
- Physical presence on the job is essential and necessary including weekends and holidays if deemed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Responsible for assembling and handling products, equipment and materials per engineering and company’s quality system procedures.
- Perform program specific tasks as required to ensure compliance to individual program requirements.

**Job Location**: Dighi, Pune.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,343.00 - ₹361,785.00 per year
