**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily activities on the floor, including patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a liaison between the nursing staff, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication and patient care.
- Monitor the floor's staffing levels and collaborate with the nursing department to adjust assignments as necessary to meet patient needs.
- Address patient and family concerns promptly, providing information and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and participate in the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care services.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and educational programs to stay informed of new developments in healthcare.
- Manage supplies and equipment on the floor, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that materials are readily available for staff use.
- Compile reports and maintain accurate records related to patient care, incidents, and staff performance.
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, with supervisory or coordination experience highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety guidelines.
- Proficiency in hospital management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing scenarios.
- Compassionate and empathetic, with a strong dedication to improving patient outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
