**SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINE (SPM) EXPERIENCE MUST.**

**JOB PURPOSE**

This position is responsible for manufacturing of fabricating, assembling, and welding components used in the Original equipment manufacturer industry. This position requires a skilled individual with a strong background in welding techniques, precision work, and adherence to safety protocols.
1. Responsibility of the project expediter is to expedite production activities at the vendor facility ,visit facilities on a daily basis collect updates solve for issues in the floor.
2. Maintain detailed progress reports of the fabrication activities on the plant on welding inspection sheets.

Welding Supervisors combine people management skills with an extensive knowledge of welding processes and welding plans and safely deliver welding projects according to schedule and budget. These responsibilities place Welding Supervisors in a unique position to increase productivity and product quality in every industry that uses welding as a core process in the manufacturing of products.

**RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE**

Quality Job inspector Welding Qualification Technical qualification & 5 to 10 year experience in weld plant.
- 100% parts Visual inspection before dispatch.
- SPM parts Incoming inspection and records.
- Continuously training giving to operator for first time ok production
- Powder coating parts inspection and verify.
- QA department day to day activity.
- Rejection record & analysis
- Good communication skills
