This is a full-time on-site role for **Sales and Marketing Executive**. The role is based in several districts in **Rajasthan**.

The **Sales and Marketing Executive** will be responsible for:

- Developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and producing reports on performance, marketing campaigns, and other areas as required
- Identifying and meeting potential clients, conducting market analyses, converting potential clients and other duties related to promoting and selling our products to ensure the Sales Targets are achieved.
- Sales & Promotions to Increase the brand awareness & Increase in the Revenue.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Developing pricing strategies with competition and meeting marketing and sales objectives.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers as well as internal team members.
- Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- One should possess proficient knowledge and eye for details about the products we sell
- Posses knowledge about the market by understanding the market situation & requirement.
- Touring the existing network and development of a new network for an organization.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

**Qualification**
- A bachelor's degree or related field experience of a minimum of 5 years in marketing or sales.
- Excellent Communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in sales and marketing in field of **submersible pump sets** would be a plus point

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
