**Job Title**: Recruitment Coordinator

**Salary**:25K-35K
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Posting job openings on relevant platforms and channels, including our company website, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating interview logistics, including arranging travel and accommodations when necessary.
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
