**Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)**
**Location**: Goregaon, Mumbai
**Salary**: 15K to 20K

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and non-IT positions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments for technical and non-technical roles.
- Coordinate job offers, onboarding, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of recruitment experience in IT and non-IT sectors.
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools.
- Experience with technical recruiting and industry-specific hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
