1 Implementation Assistance
“Configuration of the Freshservice ITSM to align with the organization’s specific processes and requirement.
Data migration from existing systems if applicable.”
2 Customization and Development
“Customization of workflows, forms, and templates to match unique business processes;
Creation of specific reports and dashboards.”
3 Consulting and Assessment
Freshservice consulting and assessment to identify areas for improvement.
4 Change Management Assistance
Support and assitance for implementing change management processes by implementing change management life cycle with flow and CAB approval.
5 Techincal Support
“Ongoing technical support to address any Freshservice Issues if occur during its operation and working.
6 Integration Services
Integration with other software tools and systems used within the organization like monitoring solution or any specific app whenever needed. This integration will be based on suppor provided by FreshService
7 Migration Assistance Services
Assistance with migrating from ITSM systems to Freshservice ITSM whenever required.
8 Service Catalog, Incident Ticket Form field Development
Creation and maintenance of a comprehensive service catalog, form fields, survey form, etc.
9 SLA Design and Management
Design and definition of service level agreements (SLAs) based on organizational needs.
10 Automation Services
Automate repetitive tasks by implementing business rules, supervisor rules, workflow automator in Freshservice.
11 Knowledge Management
Development, compliation and deployment of knowledge base and articles based on specific requirement.
12 Reporting and Analytics
“Custom report and dashboard creation to track KPIs and performance metrics.
Data analysis and insights generation.”
13 User and Access Management Assistance
“Assitance with User account and access management with cutom login policy creation with security and access control recommendations with Google SSO, passwordless login and Single-sign on with SAML.”
14 Incident and Ticket handling
Handling Incidents and Issues with Freshservice team and get them resolved to reasonable resolution
