**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize records and files
- Prepare relevant reports as needed
- Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties into excel sheets.
- Generate Daily reports regarding sales information Provided.
- Scan and print required documents whenever needed to collect information for data entry.
- store completed documents in designated locations
- Ensuring data is backed up.
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimizeretrieval.
- Handling additional duties from time to time.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- planning and organizing skills
- information collection and management
- ability to work under pressure

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai - 400706, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
