**Data Operator Job Description **: Data operator is responsible for preparing, compiling and sorting documents for data entry. Will be able to perform data entry, verification and editing of the data. He will provide reports on the basis of data entered and will be responsible for organising the data in the proper manner.

**Educational Qualification**:
**Experience**: 3 months to 1 year

**Working Model**: Work from Office

**CTC Range : Rs 1.56 LPA to Rs 2.25 LPA ( lac Per Annum) ,Monthly Rs 13 to rs 15 K( Thousand per month ( KPM )**

**Key Skills and experience**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office MSO especially MS word and MS Excel
- Typing speed minimum 30 words per minute and Accuracy
- Strong understanding of information security
- Familiarity with Administrative Procedures
- Excellent Knowledge of english correct spelling, Grammar and punctuation
- Quick Decision Making and problem solving
- Attention to details
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to work under pressure

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Entering customer and account data from source documents within given timelines
- Check the data for accuracy and verify with the source documents
- Organsie and Maintain the data properly in the database and should have the ability to retrieve it whenever required efficiently.
- Keep the backup of all the data and information
- Make reports in the required manner for better utility
- Follow the company policies regarding information integrity and security
- Proper use of Office Equipment

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
