**Job Description: Field Supervisor**

**Company Overview**: We are a leading organization specializing in patient service programs centered around chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD. Our team consists of a large network of field officers and registered dietitians conducting specialized training camps for healthcare institutions across the country. As we expand our operations to meet increasing demand, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Supervisor to join our growing team.

**Position**: Field Supervisor
**Working Days**: 25 days per month
**Travel**: 15-20 outstation days per month from the base location
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month
**Locations**: Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Tours and Oversight**: Conduct regular field visits to monitor and support operations. Ensure that field staff comply with company policies and provide on-site guidance to improve performance and efficiency.
- **Tour Planning and Coordination**: Plan and manage field visit schedules. Coordinate with local teams to ensure smooth operations and address any logístical challenges.
- **Reporting and Performance Monitoring**: Prepare reports on field activities and performance metrics. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide management with insights and recommendations.
- **Escalation Management**: Address and resolve any operational issues or escalations promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for field-related concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- **Market Analysis and Improvement**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a field-based or operational environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and coordinate with diverse teams.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide field staff.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field supervision and oversight.
- Proficiency in relevant software for reporting and performance analysis.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in field operations or a similar supervisory role is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
