Job Title: Field Supervisor - Construction Projects

  • Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to lead our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the elevator industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare business plans for projects, plan and schedule jobs in consultation with the team, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee installation of elevators, handle client interactions, and follow up on AMT submissions.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to safety, quality, and workmanship standards.
  • Work closely with sales staff to meet customer requirements, review project progress, and conduct field education training to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in an engineering discipline.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills to develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in the elevator industry preferred.
