Senior Field Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Project Supervisor to lead our construction projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in supervising large-scale construction projects. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, meetings, and other activities as required.
  • Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor progress, identify and address any issues or concerns, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to communicate project progress and resolve any queries or issues.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on project supervision.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
