Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the inventory management system to record received items.
- Verify quantities, quality, and specifications of received goods, resolving discrepancies or issues as needed.
- Update inventory records and stock levels in the system based on received goods.
- Perform regular reconciliation of physical inventory with system records to identify and address discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to GRNs, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments for received goods.
- Monitor and track the movement of goods within distribution center.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the GRN process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or related roles, with specific experience in handling GRN processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve discrepancies and address issues promptly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles, including batch tracking.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
