Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end handling of B2C & D2C orders including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, tracking, and customer returns. Ensures timely and accurate fulfillment to improve customer satisfaction and platform performance.

Role & responsibilities

  • Daily order processing for B2C platforms: Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.
  • Coordinating with courier partners for pickup, manifest preparation & dispatch.
  • Picking and packing as per marketplace packing standards (SKU scan accuracy 100%).
  • Maintaining Inventory accuracy stock inward, GRN, cycle counting & discrepancy reporting.
  • Handling returns (RTO/RTV) and updating system records.
  • Monitoring order SLAs to avoid order delays and penalties.
  • Ensuring correct labeling Prepaid vs COD orders.
  • Updating daily MIS reports Dispatch, Return Analysis, Order Status.
  • Good coordination with warehouse team, customer support & logistics partners.
  • Follow hygiene, safety & 5S standards in the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of B2C e-commerce order processing
  • Familiar with Seller Central / WMS / Eeasyecom
  • Basic Excel skills VLOOKUP, Pivot Table (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle high-volume orders under pressure
  • Good communication & problem-solving skills
  • Qualification & Experience
