**What will you be expected to do?**
- Database administration - ORACLE, MSSQL & MYSQL
- Maintain the performance of database servers ORACLE, MSSQL & MYSQL.
- Plan/Design/Install/Patch/Upgrade/Manage oracle, MSSQL & MYSQL (Standalone/Cluster)
- Develop processes for optimizing database security.
- Set and maintain database standards.
- Manage database access & DB hardening.
- Performance tuning of database systems (Oracle, MSSQL & MYSQL).
- Provide and lead on database systems related technical advice to customers or project teams for complex issues.
- Recommend and implement emerging database technologies.

**What should you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of Performance tuning, DB administration, data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
- Minimum 4-6 years database IT related experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture, or a related field
- Oracle Certified Associate/Professional preferred -11g and above
- MCSE/MCSA certifications preferred
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments

**Additional experience it would be great to have**:

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure),Sybase a plus
