**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, database scripting, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
