**Job description**

**Job Title: Associate Marketing Executive [PREWEL LABS PVT LTD]**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- **Digital Marketing**: Support the management of digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, social media advertising, and website optimization.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and product development to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- **Brand Management**: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communication channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
