1. Customer Relations & Communication:
a. Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, and order status.

b. Provide timely updates to customers on the progress of their orders and handle any post-sales inquiries or issues.

2. Quotation Preparation & Management:
a. Assist the Manager in preparing and managing customer quotations.

b. Follow up on quotations sent to customers, updating the Manager on the status and any potential follow-up actions.

3. Sales & Coordination:
b. Manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

c. Coordinate with the Production Manager and other departments (e.g., procurement, quality control) to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

d. Monitor and track the status of all ongoing sales orders, providing regular updates to both customers and the internal team.

4. CRM & Documentation:
a. Maintain accurate customer and order data within the company's CRM system (or internal tracking tools).

b. Update sales documentation, including customer interaction logs, quotations, sales orders, and delivery timelines.

c. Assist in generating relevant sales report & its analysis.

5. Internal Team Coordination:
a. Work closely with the Manager - Admin & Purchase to ensure seamless handover of customer requirements to the production and dispatch teams.

b. Ensure clear communication between departments to address any production delays or material shortages affecting customer orders.

c. Assist the Manager in handling customer-related escalations, ensuring quick resolution of any issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
