Job Overview

**Ensure Smooth coordination with sales team, factory. Sharing timely & accurate MIS Reports and Documentation**

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Sales Co-ordination and supporting the manager

2. Co-coordinating with customers for new orders and collections.

3. Quotations for customers/ CDF

4. Co-ordinating for dispatch within the team

5. Generating new enquires

6. Supporting managers for any data entry in Zoho

7. All region Daily update on Payment receivables in company accounts, verifying payment entries in system

8. sharing monthly sales Data with team members or

**2.** **Reports generation**:
9. ZOHO App support, resolving the issues the members are facing, monitoring on the usage.

10. Weekly and monthly reporting of sales and collection.

11. Presentation and preparation of various reports for Monthly Business Review.

12. CRM App reports and adding new data to it.

**3.Documentation**:
13. Filing all documents systematically and Record keeping.

14. Payment Reminder Letters as required

15. All product information to be organised

Soft Skills

- Excellent follow up & coordination skills

Specific Skills

MS Excel - making reports & dashboards with graphs, pie charts in excel

Minimum 2 years’ experience with CRM like ZOHO

Tech savvy

4 - 8 years

Education Qualification

Any graduate/post graduate (Science preferred)
