**ole Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Admission Counselor cum Field Sales Executive** who will be responsible for guiding prospective parents/students through the admission process and promoting the school through field sales activities. The role involves counseling, field visits, lead generation, and building strong relationships with parents and local communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Counseling & Admissions**
- Counsel parents about school curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Maintain proper follow-up with prospective parents until admission confirmation.
- Coordinate school visits, tours, and orientation programs for parents.
- Maintain admission records, databases, and reporting.

**Field Sales & Marketing**
- Conduct field visits in nearby areas, societies, play schools, and corporates to promote admissions.
- Generate leads through field marketing, tie-ups, and networking.
- Distribute promotional material (pamphlets, brochures, banners, etc.) in targeted areas.
- Organize and participate in admission drives, exhibitions, and parent engagement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to increase brand visibility.

**Coordination & Reporting**
- Work closely with the admission team, marketing team, and school management.
- Provide daily/weekly reports of leads generated, follow-ups, and admissions closed.
- Achieve admission targets within given timelines.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or Education).
- 1-3 years of experience in **admission counseling / field sales / educational sales**.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills (English & Hindi).
- Pleasant personality with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and promotional activities.
- Goal-oriented, with proven track record of meeting sales/admission targets.

- Good convincing and negotiation ability.
- Result-driven with strong follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
