Accounts Associate

**Job Responsibilities:

- Manage all sales & Purchase accounting transactions.
- To record daily transactions.
- To prepare report using excel spreadsheet.
- ⁠To involve in the reconciliation of ledgers.
- ⁠To follow-up with the internal team for smooth accounting.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
