Job Description

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the BTG department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of BTG operations to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability
- Develop and implement operational best practices to optimize BTG performance and reduce downtime
- Lead and mentor a team of BTG professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive synergies and improvements in overall plant operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all BTG activities
- Proactively identify and address operational challenges, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance BTG operations
- Prepare and manage the BTG department budget, and monitor cost control measures
- Report regularly to senior management on BTG performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, other Engineering
- Exp: 20 to 30 Years
