Accounts Associate

Job Responsibilities :-

• Manage all sales & Purchase accounting transactions.
• To record daily transactions.
• To prepare report using excel spreadsheet.
• ⁠To involve in the reconciliation of ledgers.
• ⁠To follow-up with the internal team for smooth accounting.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
